You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.
There is a 25% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $15 minimum restocking fee and if returned for another item or for refund will be charged actual shipping in addition to the standard restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items.
An RMA has to be issued before a return will be processed. All refused packages will get the standard restocking fee and be treated as a Return for credit.
Customer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping items back to Usedpcoutlet on all returns and repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. We won't cover under warranty any repairs for damages incurred during shipping. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
